A supper club is not a restaurant with a band in the corner. It is one room where the kitchen and the bandstand are on the same clock — dinner service and the first set start together, and the last plate goes out during the last tune.
We price it so a regular can come twice a month. That is the whole business model, and it is the reason the menu is short.
Come for dinner, stay for the last set.
